粗纤度真丝绸的环保型精练工艺探讨

摘　　要：用高温高压环保型精练法精练粗纤度真丝绸,通过单因素分析及多因素正交试验确定了最佳工艺。实验结果表明,高温高压精练是一种高效快速的环保型工艺,其最佳工艺条件为120℃,45min,浴比1∶300,尿素0 12mol/l。Degumming coarse-fibred silk with high temperature and high pressure environmental process,obtains the optimal process by the single factor analysis and the multi-factors experiment.The experiment show that high temperature distilled water degumming of silk is a fast and effective process and the optimum procedure is conducted at 120℃ for 45 min with the material to liquor ratio at 1∶300 in the solution containing 012mol/l urea.
