摘　　要：利用麻黄碱的挥发性,用水蒸汽蒸馏法使其与制剂中其它组分分离后再利用溴麝香草酚蓝比色法测定小青龙口服液中盐酸麻黄碱的含量。方法准确,效果令人满意。Isolate the ephedrine from other compositions in Xiaoqinglong Oral Liquid with the steam distillation utilizing its volatility* then determine the ephedrine hydro-chloride content in this preparation with bromothymol blue colorimetry.The methods are accurate and their results are satisfactory. It is suggested that they could be used in quality control for the preparation.
