温岭市非公有制经济发展与城市化研究

摘　　要：非公有制经济在是在政策体制改革下以基层社区为基础的内生发展经济。以社区为基础内容的发展,以非农化为生产方式,参与城市化建设是其发展的必然,也是一种典型的"自下而上"的城市化。温岭城市化是通过个私企业、家庭、政府三者共同推动和创办专业化市场、特色工业园区和住宅建设来实现城市地域扩张,这种以经济为支撑的城市化,可以有效地解决发展中国家城市化中的问题。但这种城市化在发展过程中受政策影响比较大,政府的宏观规制有助于摆脱城市化的市场失灵。This thesis probes to non-public ownership economy 's development in Wenling, a city in south-east coastal area in Zhejiang province, which is relation to the territory background. Based on the investigation on-the-spot, we induce the characteristic of Wenling urbanization and urbanization mechanism which is pushed forward by non-public ownership economy. Lastly, we point out that urbanization pushed forward by non-public ownership economy requires regulation and govenance.
