大黄(庶虫)虫丸对大鼠实验性血栓及体外血小板聚集性的影响

摘　　要：大黄(庶虫)虫丸乙醇提取液抑制ADP诱导的大鼠血小板聚集,这种抑制作用与药物剂量呈依赖关系。实验表明大黄(庶虫)虫丸乙醇提取液能使聚集后血小板逐渐发生解聚作用,有效解聚率与药物剂量正相关。大鼠实验性血栓形成实验观察到,大黄(庶虫)虫丸醇提取液具有抑制大鼠血栓形成作用,血栓湿重与对照组比较显著减小(P<0.01)。The alcohol extract of Dahuangzhechong Pills possesses the inhibition on thrombocyte aggregation of rats induced by ADP, depending on drug dose, which could be attributed to its growing depolymerization on the aggregated thrombocyte. The effective depolymerization rate shows a positive correlation with drug dose, The inhibition of alcohol extract on thrombosis of rats was also observed in experimental thrombosis of rat. It was found that the wet weight of rat thrombus obviously decreased(p<0.01) when rats were intravenously injected with the alcohol extract, as compared with the control group.
