摘 要:目的 :研究脉络宁注射液 (石斛、牛膝、玄参和金银花 )的色谱指纹图谱测定方法 ,比较注射液与药材之间指纹图谱的相关性。方法 :色谱柱 :AgilentZORBAXSB C18(15 0mm× 4 .6mm ,5 μm) ;流动相 :0 .1%甲酸水溶液 :0 .1%甲酸甲醇溶液 ,梯度洗脱 ;检测波长 :30 0nm ;参比波长 :390nm ;分析时间 :6 0min ;流速 :1.0mL·min-1。结果 :以绿原酸为参照峰 ,标示出脉络宁注射液 10个共有峰 ,说明了其药材归属 ,并采用HPLC/MS对主要色谱峰进行了初步定性。结论 :药材与注射液指纹图谱之间有较好的相关性 ,方法准确、重现性好 ,为脉络宁注射液的指纹图谱质量控制提供了依据。AIM: To establish a method to determine the fingerprints of Mailuoning Injection (Herba Dendrobii,Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae,Radix Scrophulariae,Flos Louicerae) by HPLC and to study the difference between the fingerprints of the injection and the medicinal materials contained in it. METHODS : Separation was performed on an Agilent ZORBAX SB-C_ 18 ( 150mm × 4.6mm , 5 μm ) analytical column with mobile phase consisting of 0.1% formic acid-water and 0.1% formic acid-methanol with gradient elute at the flow rate of 1mL·min -1 . The UV detection wavelength was set at 300nm and the reference at 390nm. RESULTS : 10 common peaks on the HPLC fingerprints of Mailuoning Injection were indicated,among which 7 peaks were elucidated by HPLC/MS. CONCLUSION : Perfect fingerprints were obtained which can be used for the quality control of Mailuoning Injection. There were good correlation between the fingerprints of the injection and the medicinal materials contained in it.
