摘　　要：用HPLC法测定清开灵注射液中的有效成分绿原酸和黄芩甙的含量。方法简便快速,重现性好,为清开灵注射液质量控制提供了可靠的检测手段。检测波长340nm,ODSC—18 3.9mm×30cm不锈钢色谱柱,流动相为甲醇—水—四氢呋喃(25:57:18)。HPLC was applied to content determination of active components——chlorogenic acid and baicalin in Qingkailing Injection.This method is simple,rapid,involves good reproducibility,and can be as a reliable determination method for the quality control of Qingkailing Injection.The test conditions are as follows:detection wavelength at 340 nm,ODS C-18 chromatocolumn of stainless steel(3.9×30cm),mobile phase using methanol-water-tetrahydrofuran(25:57:18).
