银杏叶总黄酮提取工艺探讨

摘　　要：本文通过正交试验法优选出银杏叶总黄酮提取工艺条件,即采用12倍量的70％乙醇热回流提取。并通过试验确定工艺为70％乙醇回流提取二次,每次3h。此法黄酮提取率可达81.09％。The optimum conditions of extraction technology for total flavone in Folium Ginkgo were selected with orthogonal test. The conditions involve: using 70％ alcohol of 12 times the amount originnal material, extracting twice with hot reflux method, 3h each time. The extraction rate can reach 81.09％.
