摘  要:目的 :进行烧伤病人痂下组织菌量及种类检测 ,为临床用药提供参考。方法 :选用 36 5例病人痂下组织 ,采用常规方法培养、鉴定细菌并进行药敏检测。结果 :4 5 0份标本中 390份为阳性 ;金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌为最常见种类 ;舒普深在所选择药物中敏感性最高。结论 :可选择舒普深为经验性用药的首选。Objective:To determine the strains and quantities of bacteria in subeschar tissue in the wound of burn patients,so as to provide guidance to clinical application of antibiotics.Methods:Subeschar tissue samples from 365 burn patients were harvested for the determinations of bacteria and their resistance to antibiotics with routine methods.Results: Three hundred and ninety samples out of 450 were positive culture.The commonest strains were Staphylococcus Aureus and Pseudomona Aeruginosa Sulperazon was testified to be the most sensitive antibiotic among all of the Candidates.Conclusion:Sulperazon could enpirical first choice for burn infection control.
