摘　　要：用反相HPLC法测定六应丸中脂蟾毒配基的含量。样品用氯仿抽提,外标峰面积标准曲线法定量。色谱柱:ODS,60％甲醇为流动相。检测波长298nm,回收率97.7％,CV=0.5％。Reversed high-pressure liquid chromatography was applied in content determination of bufogenin in Liuying Pills. The sample was extracted with chloroform. Using the calibration curve method of external peak area for quantitation, ODS as chromatographic column, 60％ methanol as mobile phase, and detection wavelength at 298nm, the recovery reached 97.7％(CV=0.5％).
