中医药治疗支气管哮喘临床观察

摘　　要：目的 :通过临床实验 ,观察珠贝定喘丸和金喉健气雾剂对支气管哮喘急性发作期患者的临床疗效。方法 :将具有支气管哮喘典型临床表现并为急性发作期的患者 4 2例随机分为两组 ,治疗组服用珠贝定喘丸并金喉健气雾剂雾化吸入 ,同时寒哮方选射干麻黄汤合小青龙汤加减 ,热哮方选清肺定喘汤 ;对照组予以西医常规治疗。结果 :两组疾病疗效、证候疗效比较 ,差异无显著性 (P均 >0 .0 5 ) ;两组患者治疗前证候积分无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,治疗后证候积分较治疗前显著降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,治疗后组间比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;患者血清EOS变化两组患者治疗前无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,治疗后均有显著性降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,且对照组更为显著。结论 :中医药对支气管哮喘患者症状改善有较明显的作用 ,能有效降低患者血清EOS水平 ,从而抑制炎性介质的释放 ,减轻气道高反应状态。Purpose: By means of clinical experiment , to observe the therapeutic effectiveness of patients with bronchial asthma in its acute attack periodtreated by Zhubei Dingchuan Wan and Jinhoujian Aerosol. Method: Forty-two cases of patients who had typical clinical manifestation of bronchial asthma in its acute attack period were divided randomly into two groups. The treated group took Zhubei Dingchuan Wan and breathed in the nebulization of Jinhoujian Aerosol. And meanwhile, Shegan Mahuang Tang and modified Xiaoqinglong Tang were chosen in the cold-tape asthma prescription and Qingfei Dingchuan Tang was chosen in the hot-type asthma prescription, while the controlled group were treated routinely by western medicine. As a result, there was no remarkable difference (P>0.05) in the comparison of two groups' therapeutic effects of disease and syndromes. Before the treatment, there was no remarkable difference for the two groups' syndrome integral (P>0.05); after the treatment, the syndrome integral had a remarkable descend (P<0.05), there was no evident difference between two groups (P>0.05). The changes of the patients' blood serum: before the treatment, there was no marked difference (P>0.05), after the treatment, both had an evident descend (P<0.05) and the controlled group even had a more evident descend. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine has evident effect on the improvement of symptoms of patient with bronchial asthma. It can reduce the EOS level of the patient's blood serum, thus to control the release of inflammatory medium and relieve the high reaction state of the airway.
