雄黄活性物质的毒效相关性初步研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨中药雄黄的毒 效关系。方法 :用草酸溶解以除去天然雄黄中所含的As2 O3 ;对比精制前后雄黄中含可溶性砷的量 ;对比精制前后雄黄的急性毒性和调节免疫功能的活性。结果 :雄黄中可溶性砷含量从精制前的 3 75 %降至精制后的 0 2 4 % ;急性毒性大大降低 ,调节免疫功能的活性无明显变化。结论 :雄黄中的有效物质是As2 S3 ,其中所含的As2 O3 是其毒性成分。AIM:To research the toxicity-activity correlation of realgar. METHOD:The natural realgar was purified by oxalic acid.Compare the LD_ 50 and immunostimulant activity of crude and purified realgar.RESULT:The content of water soluble arsenic compound were 3.75% and 0.24% for crude and purified realgar. The LD_ 50 of crude realgar was 3.21±0.76 g/kg,but for purified realgar,large dose(25 g/kg) was still safety.There was no obvious change of immunostimulant activity between, crude and purified realgar.CONCLUSION:The active ingredent of realgar is As_2O_3 and the toxity ingredent is As_2O_3.
