摘　　要：在图书馆结构———功能关系中 ,结构决定功能 ,功能又反作用结构。随着高新技术的广泛应用以及信息处理社会化程度的不断提高 ,图书馆的流程结构和组织结构发生了极大的改变 。It is structure that decides function,and that function reacts the structure between the relationship of library structure and function.With the wide applications of high technologies and the continual advancements of socialized degree of information process in the libraries,the flow structure and organizational structure of libraries change hugely,which makes the center of library operations averted from the routine works to reader services.
