摘　　要：本文在对数字图书馆与传统图书馆的服务模式、馆藏内容、技术手段、读者 (用户 )范围四个方面比较基础上 ,提出数字图书馆建设必须保护知识产权。同时 ,阐述了数字图书馆建设中馆藏数字化、网络传输、信息服务三个方面中的知识产权保护问题 ,以及应对措施。The present paper makes a comparative study between the digital library and the traditional library from four aspects,namely,the service mode,the content of library storage,the technological means and users range,on the basis of which the realistic necessity of the protection of the intellectual property right in the process of digital library construction is analyzed.Meanwhile,it also touches upon the issue of the intellectual property right protection in the light of storage digitalization,network transmission and information service and accordingly puts forward the corresponding measures.
