摘　　要：通过探讨石油企业QC活动中选题狭窄、技术缺乏创新、管理缺乏活力、成果发表质量低的原因,找出影响QC活动发展的瓶颈与存在的主要问题。根据石油企业的特点,制定出相应的对策和新的管理方法,促进QC活动向更高层次发展。By analyzing the causes for such problems as narrow range of selected subjects,lack of technical innovations and vigorous management,and low quality of published results of research,the bottleneck for the development of QC activity in oil enterprises are found out.In light of the characteristics of oil enterprises,corresponding strategy and new methods of management should be formulated to promote QC activity to a higer level of development.
