摘　　要：农村劳动力转移的金融服务需求的长期性、品种多样性、动态变化性特点 ,决定了其服务需求不同于一般意义上的金融服务需求。针对我国农村劳动力转移的金融服务中存在的问题 ,应通过完善金融服务的宏观政策以促进农村劳动力有序转移。It is the chronicity, variety and changeability of the needs for rural labors'shifting from agriculture to non-agriculture industries that the financial service is different from its normal form. To solve the problems existing in the financial service supporting rural labor's shift, it is argued that macro policies related to the financial service should be improved for a smooth shift.
