摘 要:目的:探讨原发性高血压和诱发急性高血压大鼠脑内神经纤维周围组织通道的功能变化。 方法:选择神经纤维集中的胼胝体实验。分别在原发性高血压大鼠(spontaneously hypertensive rat,SHR)与对照大鼠、诱发急性高血压与对照S-D大鼠脑胼胝体内定位注射FITC标记葡萄糖酐(FITC labeled dextran,FD)。在相距一定距离的胼胝体内定位微透析,收集并测量不 同时间点流出液的荧光强度,绘成荧光强度-时间曲线。对比分析神经纤维周围组织通道的物质传递功能变化情况。 结果:原发性高血压组透析部位荧光强度-时间曲线开始上升的时间、到达平均最高值时间均晚于对照组,提示SHR FD在胼胝体中从注射点到透析采样点的传递速度降低。诱发急性高血压组曲线上升时间与对照组基本一致,但曲线上升段斜率低于对照组,曲线下降快,峰值维持时间短。 结论:SHR某些物质在胼胝体区域神经纤维周围组织通道内传递的速度降低;急性高血压脑水肿时,胼胝体区域神经纤维周围组织通道的目标性传递能力降低。AIM: To study the function change of cerebral perinerve fiber tissue channel in spontaneously hypertensive rat(SHR) and evoked acute hypertensive rat. METHODS: Corpus callosum, where nerve fiber was intensive, was chosen in this experiment. FITC labeled dextran (FD) was injected in corpus callosum in SHR and its control group, in evoked hypertensive S-D rats and its control group. Microdialysis probe was inserted from a certain distance in the corpus callosum, the fluorescent intensity of effused fluid at different time was measured, and fluorescent intensity-time curve was made. The function of perinerve fiber tissue channel was studied by comparing curves of different groups.RESULTS: Both the time started to rise and the time reach the mean highest value of intensity-time curve in SHR were later than those in the control group, which indicated that the transference velocity of FD in corpus callosum was lower in SHR than in controls. The time start to rise of the intensity-time curve in evoked hypertensive rats accorded with that in the control group, but the curve slope in rising period was lower, the descending velocity of curve was higher, and the time kept peak value was shorter than those in the control group.CONCLUSION: The transference velocity of some substance in perinerve fiber tissue channel in corpus callosum area is lower in SHR, and the capability of targeting transmission of perinerve fiber tissue channel in corpus callosum area decreases in rats with acute hypertensive cerebral edema.
