针刺并耳穴压籽治疗单纯性肥胖的多因素分析

摘　　要：目的:研究以针刺并耳穴压籽治疗单纯性肥胖的疗效,并分析影响疗效的部分因素。 方法:对87例患者采用以体针、耳穴压籽为主,配合饮食疗法、运动疗法的综合减肥方案。 结果:经1个疗程治疗87例,临床痊愈18例,显效48例,有效13例,无效8例。已随访追踪19例,1年后无一例反弹。治疗后患者的体质量、肥胖度、体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)、腹围、臀围、大腿围、小腿围[(67.8±9.4)kg,(33.1±5.8)％,(26.7±2.8)kg/m^2,(83.2±7.4),(91.4±4.6),(53.0±4.3),(36.4±3.1)cm]等肥胖指标均较治疗前 [(72.8±9.3)kg,(39.7±4.5)％,(28.9±3.5)kg/m^2,(87.5±7.6),(96.2±4.8),(56.2±5.1),(39.2±3.5)cm]明显降低(P<0.01)。该方案疗效是年龄小者优于年龄大者(P<0.05),局部性肥胖者优于全身性肥胖者(P<0.05),肥胖度轻者优于重者(P<0.05),无家族史者优于有家族史者(P<0.05),辨证施针者优于未辨证者(P<0.01)。 结论:以针刺并耳穴压籽为主,配合饮食疗法、运动疗法的综合减肥方案疗效确切,患者年龄、肥胖类型、肥胖程度、有无肥胖家族史、是否辨证施针是影响肥胖治疗效果的因素。AIM: To explore the curative effect of simple obesity with acupuncture and auricular point pressing with seeds, and analyze some factors that influence the effect. METHODS: Eighty-seven subjects were treated mainly with body acupuncture and auricular point pressing with seeds, and fitted with dietotherapy and motortherapy. RESULTS: After one course of treatment, 18 cases recovered, notable in 48 cases, effective in 13 cases, and unchanged in 8 cases. Nineteen cases had been followed-up for one-year,there was no relapse. The body mass[(67. 8 ±9. 4)kg], degree of obesity [(33. 1 ±5. 8)% ], body mass index[(26. 7 ±2. 8) kg/m2 ], abdomen circumference[ (83, 2 ± 7. 4) cm], buttock circumference[ (91. 4 ± 4.6) cm], thigh circumference[ (53. 0 ±4. 3) cm] and leg circumference [ (36. 4 ± 3. 1) cm] were significantly reduced than those of before treatment [(72. 8 ±9. 3) kg, (39. 7 ±4. 5)%, (28. 9 ±3. 5) kg/m2, (87. 5 ±7. 6), (96.2±4.8), (56.2±5.1), (39. 2 ±3. 5) cm] (P <0. 01) .The effects to those younger, sectional obesity, lighter, no family history, treated based on differentiation were better than those opposite ones( P < 0. 05, P < 0. 01). CONCLUSION: The result of comprehensive losing body mass program which is mainly with acupuncture and auricular point pressing with seeds and fitted with dietotherapy and motortherapy, is reliable. The age, kind and degree of obesity, family history, differentiation of acupuncture are the influencing factors of the curative effect.
