摘  要:Gqα proteins of one thousand pairs of compound eyes of Macrobrachium rosnbergii in zoaea I~IV were isolated with SDS-PAGE electrophoresis , gel and protein maps photoed and the percent of protein was analyzed by Tanon GIS gel image disposal system. The results showed that the amount of Gqα protein of compound eyes increased gradually from zoaea I to IV, the percent of the Gqαin zoaea I~IV was 3.499%,3.540%,3.558% and 3.565% respectively. However, the percent of the protein in zoae IV and zoae I was significantly different (pair t test p <0.05).
