爱莎吸乐与喘乐宁气雾剂治疗儿童哮喘疗效的多中心临床研究

摘　　要：目的:比较爱莎吸乐与喘乐宁气雾剂治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的疗效。方法:采用多中心、随机、开放力法研究140例(随机分成两组)4～11岁患儿单次吸入爱莎吸乐或喘乐宁气雾剂(含沙丁胺醇200μg)后的疗效,测定吸药前及吸药后5、15、30、120min的心率、呼吸、哮鸣音评分、最大呼气流量(PEF)指标。结果:两组年龄、性别、心率、呼吸、PEF等一般指标具可比性,两组吸药前后比较心率、呼吸频率下降,哮鸣音明显减少,PEF明显改善,有显著性差异。爱莎吸乐组各时间点心率下降较喘乐宁组更明显,120min时平均PFF改善值高于喘乐宁组(P<0.05)。结论:哮喘患儿用两种不同压力定量气雾剂吸入沙丁胺醇后,爱莎吸乐组临床指标和PEF改变更优于喘乐宁组。Objective: To compare the therapeutic effectiveness of inhaling single dose of salhutamol with MDI (Ventolin) or Easi-Breathe Inhaler for acute episode in pediatric asthmatic patients. Methods: Multicenter randomized open studies in 140 pediatric patients with acute asthma were done. The patients' ages were between 4-14 years old. The patients were divided into 2 groups, inhaling Easi-Breathe Inhaler or Ventohn once respectively (both contained 200 fig salbutamol). The changes of heart rate,breath rate,wheeze scores and peak expiratory flow (PEF) value were determined before and 5, 15,30,120 mm after inhalation of salbutamol. Results: General parameters such as age, sex, heart rate, breath rate and PEF between 2 groups were comparable. Comparing pre- and post-treatment values in both groups, the heart rates and breath rates of all patients were lowered, wheeze scores were decreased significantly, PEF were improved significantly. The lowering of heart rates at different time points and improvement of average value of PEF at 120 min in Easi-Breathe Inhaler group were more significant than those in Ventohn group (P<0. 05). Conclusion: Patients inhale salbutamol with Easi Breathe Inhaler can improve the clinical indices and PEF parameter more significantly than Ventohn can.
