摘 要:目的:研究灯盏花素缓释滴丸的制备方法及其体外释放特征。方法:通过固体分散技术,以硬脂酸为骨架材料,以聚乙二醇-6000为致孔剂,通过选用适当的药物与辅料比,制得具有良好缓释效果的灯盏花素缓释滴丸。采用转篮法研究其体外释放特征。结果:固体分散辅料与缓释辅料的联合应用可制得外观圆整、质地均匀的灯盏花素缓释滴丸,其体外释药行为可由Higuchi方程拟合,方程为Q=13.00+29.60t12。结论:所制得的灯盏花素缓释滴丸具有良好的缓释效果。Objective: To study the preparation and the in vitro release characteristics of scutellarin sustained-release dropping pills (Scu SDP). Methods: Scu SDP were prepared by solid dispersion method using stearic acid as an eroding matrix and PEG-6000 as a pore-forming agent. Its release characteristics were studied by rotating basket. Results: Rounded and homogeneous Scu SDP were prepared by the combined use of solid dispersion material and sustained-release material. The drug release in vitro followed the Higuchi equation Q= 13. 00 + 29. 60 t1 2. Conclusion: Scu SDP is an ideal sustained-release agent.
