复方硝酸益康唑软膏治疗体股癣及手足癣的临床疗效及安全性

摘　　要：目的:评价复方硝酸益康唑软膏治疗体股癣及手足癣疗效及安全性。方法:采用多中心、随机、双盲、平行对照法。135名体股癣及手足癣病人随机分为两组,分别用复方硝酸益康唑软膏和派瑞松软膏治疗。根据临床症状和体征,真菌镜检及/或培养结果进行疗效评价。结果:复方硝酸益康唑软膏的体股癣治愈率为53.49%,有效率为90.70%,手足癣治愈率为57.69%,有效率为96.15%,与对照组派瑞松相比,两者疗效相近,统计学无显著差异。结论:复方硝酸益康唑软膏是一种治疗体股癣及手足癣有效且安全的新型药物。Objective: To evaluate the efficacy compound econazole cream in treatment of tinea corporis, tinea inguinalis and tinea manus,tinea pedis, and its safety. Methods: A multicentre, randomized, double-blind, controlled study was conducted. One hundred thirty five patients with tinea corporis, tinea inguinalis and tinea manus, tinea pedis were divided randomly into 2 groups. One group was treated with compound econazole cream provided of Jiangsu Hengrui Medical Limited Company. The another group received Pairuisong cream of Xi'an Yangsen Pharmaceutical Company. The curative efficacy and safety were evaluated according to clinical sympotoms. physical signs, microscopic examination and/or culture of fungus. Results: The effective rates of treating tinea corporis, tinea inguinalis and tinea manus, tinea pedis were 90.70% and 96. 15% ,the clinical cure rates were 53. 49% and 57. 69% , respectively in compound econazole cream group and were similar to those in Pairuisong group. No serious adverse events were recorded in both groups. Conclusion: Compound econazole cream is safe and effective in the treatment of tinea corporis ,tinea inguinalis, tinea manus and tinea pedis.
