时空论证侦查法初探

摘　　要：在经济全球化背景下,我国的犯罪形势发生了巨大的变化,仅靠传统的侦查方法已经很难适应当前的新型犯罪,因此,探索一种新的侦查理念和侦查模式已经成为一个亟待解决的课题。从哲学和侦查学两个角度讨论时空论证法服务于侦查实践的可行性,从而探索出查找犯罪线索、拓展情报来源、为专案侦查开辟新途径的新的侦查思维模式,以及多种具体可行的侦查措施与侦查方法。In China,the situation of crime has changed greatly in the background of economic globalization and traditional investigation methods couldn't be applied to the present new crimes, so it is of vital importance to probe into a new investigation idea and mode. This paper aims to discuss the feasibility that the investigation method of time and space will serve the investigation practice from the angles of philosophy and science of investigation, puts forward a new thinking mode of investigation about how to find out criminal clues, widen source of case, explore new ways for investigation of special case, and list many practical measures and methods as well.
