小切口心脏不停跳心内直视手术100例

摘　　要：目的介绍小切口心脏不停跳心内直视手术的临床应用体会。方法总结我科2000年1月～2003年10月,采用胸骨正中小切口、体外循环心脏不停跳心内直视手术共100例,其中房间隔缺损56例、室间隔缺损40例、肺动脉口狭窄4例。结果100例均治愈,无呼吸、循环等严重并发症发生,术后住院时间6～8天。随访1～45月,心功能恢复良好,无残余畸形,切口美观。结论小切口心脏不停跳手术创伤小、切口美观,适合于单纯房、室间隔缺损等较简单心脏畸形的矫治手术。Objective To introduce the experience of open heart surgery on bea ting heart through minor incision.Methods From January 2000 to October 2003,100 patient with congenital heart diseases underwent open heart surgery on beating h eart through minor incision of mid-sternal line,including 56 cases of ASD,40 ca ses of VSD,and 4 cases of pulmonary stenosis.Resutls All cases were cured and no severe respiratory and circulatory complications were found.The postoperative h ospitatation time was 6～8 days.With follow-up from 1 to 45 months after operat ion,the recover of heart function and cosmetic effects were very well in all cas es.Conclusion The open heart surgery on beating hearet through(with)minor incisi on has a benefit of minor injury and cosmetic result.It′s operation indications are correction of simple ASD,VSD and pulononary stenosis.
