摘　　要：回顾了甘蓝类蔬菜游离小孢子培养研究的发展历史及现状,总结了影响甘蓝类蔬菜游离小孢子胚胎发生的因素,指出内因是小孢子成胚的决定性因素,外因是小孢子成胚的关键。同时,展望了甘蓝类蔬菜游离小孢子培养技术的应用前景。Reviewed history and current situation of isolated microspore cultured in cole crops,and explained the influence fac-tor of it.Pointed out that internal factor was the decisive cause and external factor was the key cause whether microspore become embryo.Finally expected application prospect of isolated microspore cultured in cole crops.
