摘 要:通过研究花生种子在盛花期与抗旱性密切相关的形态指标与生理指标,对9个不同的花生品种(系)进行了抗旱性鉴定,并用隶属函数法对花生品种的抗旱性进行了综合评价。结果表明,同一花生品种在干旱与正常供水条件下相比较,其株高、单株叶面积、根冠比、比叶重、根茎叶干重及叶绿素含量差异显著,因此,它们可以作为鉴定花生抗旱性的简易指标。不同花生品种的抗旱性有明显差异,并鉴定出高抗旱品种丰花1号,抗旱品种海花1号、农大142、鲁花14号,不抗旱品种农大818、鲁花5号与79266。Nine peanut varieties were screened for drought resistance using the average of subordinate function value based on morphological indexes and physiological indexes related to drought resistance at flowering phase. The results showed that plant height, R/T, SLW, root dry weight, stem dry weight and leaf dry weight, chlorophyll content of a peanut variety under normal conditions differed remarkably from those of the same variety under water stress treatment, therefore, they can be simple indexes to identify peanut drought resistance. In addition, the study indicated that drought resistance in different peanut varieties was highly variable, resulting in one variety with high drought resistance, Fenghua 1, 3 varieties with resistance, Haihua 1, Nongda 142 and Luhua 14, and 3 susceptible varieties, Nongda 818, Luhua 5 and 79266.
