高脂蛋白血症患者血浆载脂蛋白E表型及C亚类的研究

摘　　要：本文对不同类型高脂蛋白血症患者的血浆载脂蛋白E(apo-E)表型及C亚类(apo-CⅡ.CⅢ_0,CⅢ_1,CⅢ_2)进行研究。结果表明:高甘油血症患进中,apo-E_2/E_3表型的血浆甘油三酯水平高于E_3/E_3及E_3/E_4表型的患者(P<0.01),而apo-CⅢ_2及CⅢ_1均高于正常人,且Ⅲ_2及CⅢ_1百分分布与甘油三酯含量呈正相关,CⅢ_0呈负相关。在高胆固醇血症患者中,apo(?)E_2/E_3表型者血浆TC及LDL-C含量均低于E_3/E_3及E_3/E_4表型者(P<0.05,P<0.01),而apo-CⅡ及CⅢ组分与血浆TC及LDL-C无相关性。The genetic phenotypes of apo-E and subfractions of plasma apo-C(CⅡ, CⅢ_0, CⅢ_1, CⅢ_2) were studied in types of hyperlipoproteinemia patients. The results showed that among these patients, the concentration of plasma TG of those with apo-E_2/E_3 phenotype were higher than those with apo-E_3/E_3 or E_3/E_4, phenotypes (P<0.01). The percentage of apo-CⅢ_2 and apo-CⅢ_1 of the hypertriglyceridemia were higher than these of normal subjects. There were significant positive correlation between apo- CⅢ_1, CⅢ_2, respectively, and the plasma TG level and significant negative correlation was also found between apo-CⅢ_0 and plasma TG. In contrast, the concentration of plasma TC and LDLC with apo-E_2E_3 phenotype in the hypercholesterolemia patients were lower than those with E_3/E_3 or E_3/E_4, phenotypes (P<0.05 P<0.01), but no correlation was found between apo-CⅡ and subfractions of CⅢ or plasma TC and LDL-C.
