摘　　要：国家档案馆的档案开放主体地位是由国家档案法律确立的 ,政府行政机关作为现行文件开放主体的地位也必须由国家法律去确立。至于政府行政机关现行文件开放的主体地位确立以后 ,档案局 (馆 )的现行文件阅览中心是否继续开办 ,应视情况而定。即使继续开办 。For the state archives laws have established the subject status of the National Archives in archival opening, the subject status of the government organizations in archives opening must also be established by the state laws. As to whether the current record reading centers in archives (record office) continue to exist or not after it has been established, should depend upon the state of affair. Even the reading centers exist, they will be in a status of non-subject.
