我国农村剩余劳动力转移对策问题的思考

摘　　要：农村剩余劳动力的转移是事关我国全面建设小康社会和现代化建设的重要问题。应对农村剩余劳动力人口依据年龄进行分类 ,确定实施转移的范围 ;建议政府采取切实可行的方案 ,既立足当前 ,又考虑长远 ,有目标、分阶段地解决农村剩余劳动力的转移问题 ;大力发展农村义务教育 ,提高农民受教育层次 。Labor force transference is critical to the construction of a well-off and modernized China, and this paper offers a classification by age to define the range of its transference, suggesting that the government take practical measures concerning both the present and the future to cope with the transference in stages and with specific goals, and promote the compulsory education in rural areas for a higher education background of the farming population, so as to solve the transference problem of labor force surplus from its root.
