摘 要:以5种禾本科牧草和4种豆科牧草为材料,测定了13个生物学和生理生化指标(15种方法)在不同盐份处理下的变化值。经过方差分析、加权分析、相关分析进行综合评定,初步研究出鉴定禾本科牧草的耐盐指标(方法)可选用水培成活率、发芽率、叶片K^+/Na^+;鉴定豆科牧草的耐盐指标(方法)可选用水培成活率、叶片K^+/Na^+、叶绿素含量。We selected nine forage crops(five grasses and four legumes)as experimental materials and tested the variable values of thirteen items of biological,physichemical indexes and fifteen methods of the materials under treatments of different concentrations of salt solution in pot. Through analyses of variance, correlation and weighted method, we have got the comprehensive evaluation of the tested materials as follows: 1) the salt-hardiness indexes of grasses could be estimated by their germination/survival rates and the K^+/Na^+ of leaf blade in water culture. 2) the estimation of salt tolerant indexes of legumes could be carried out in water culture by their survival rates and the chlorophill contents in their leaves.
