摘 要:目的 :探讨室房逆传 (VAC)对兔窦房结功能低下动物模型窦房结功能及心房肌电活动的影响。方法 :选用 40只健康新西兰大耳白家兔 ,其中 3 2只成功制作窦房结功能低下动物模型 ,以 2 0 0次 /分的起搏频率起搏右心室 ,将家兔分为 1∶1VAC组 ( 2 2只 )、非 1∶1VAC组 ( 10只 )。观察心室起搏 1h ,2h ,4h ,7d后窦房结功能低下家兔模型右心房压、心房有效不应期、心房激动时间、心肌波长指数、校正窦房结恢复时间的变化 ,并比较两组上述指标的差别。结果 :① 1∶1VAC组心室起搏 1h后右心房压明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ,心房有效不应期、心房激动时间、心肌波长指数、校正窦房结恢复时间无明显变化 (P >0 0 5 ) ;2h后右心房压继续升高 (P <0 0 1) ,校正窦房结恢复时间、心房激动时间延长 (P <0 0 1) ,心房有效不应期缩短 (P <0 0 1) ,心肌波长指数减小 (P <0 0 1) ;4h后上述指标变化更明显 (P <0 0 1) ;7d后右心房压恢复至原来水平 (P >0 0 5 ) ,心房有效不应期、心房激动时间、心肌波长指数、校正窦房结恢复时间变化更明显 (P <0 0 1)。②非 1∶1VAC组心室起搏 1h后右心房压明显升高 (P <0 0 1) ,校正窦房结恢复时间、心房有效不应期、心房激动时间、心肌波长指数无明显变化 (P >0 0 5 ) ;2h、4h后右心?Objective:The aim of the study was to investigate the influences of ventricular atrial conduction(VAC) on functions of sinoatrial node and atrial electrical activities in rabbit sinus node dysfunction model. Methods:Sinus node dysfunction models were made in 32 healty rabbits.The rabbits were divided into 1∶1 VAC group and non 1∶1 VAC group by pacing right ventricle at 200 beas per minute(bpm).The changes of right atrial pressure,atrial effective refractory period,atrial activity time,wave length index and corrected sinus node recovery time were examined at 1,2,4 hours and 7 days after pacing. Results:①1∶1 VAC auto-randomized controlled group:One hour after pacing right atrial pressure was increased significantly (p<0.01);however there were no significant differences in atrial effective refractory period,atrial activity time,wave length index and corrected sinus node recovery time (p>0.05).Two hours after pacing right atrial pressure continued to step-up(p<0.01).Atrial effective refractory period and wave length index were decreased (p<0.01) whereas corrected sinus node recovery time and atrial activity time were increased (p<0.01).The changes of right atrial pressure,atrial effective refractory period,atrial activity time,wave length index and corrected sinus node recovery time became more significant at 4 hours of pacing (p<0.01).At 7 days of pacing,right atrial pressure reduced to the baseline (p>0.05) and the changes of atrial effective refractory period,atrial activity time,wave length index and corrected sinus node recovery time became more significant(p< 0.01).②Non 1∶1 VAC auto-randomized controlled group:At 1 hour of pacing right atrial pressure was increased significantly(p<0.01); however there were no significant differences in atrial effective refractory period,atrial activity time,wave length index and corrected sinus node recovery time (p>0.05).At 2,4 hours of pacing,right atrial pressure continued to increase and there were no significant differences in atrial effective refractory per
