摘  要:本文首次用气相色谱法(电子捕获检测器)连续五年(1986~1990)测定了不同生育期和不同植株部位中沙打旺的3—硝基丙酸含量。结果表明,沙打旺中3—硝基丙酸含量很低,最高含量不超过100ppm,茎中含量变化为0.28~37.40ppm,叶中为0.43~87.51ppm,花中为0.98~11.02ppm,各植株部位平均含量依叶、茎、花而递减,各生育期平均含量依初花期、营期、花期、营养期递减。The contents of 3—nitropropionic acid in different growth stages and different plant parts of prairie milkvetch (Astragalus adsurgens) have been successively determined by gas chromatography (electronic capture detector) in 1986~1990. The results showed that the contents of 3—nitropropionic acid in A. adsurgens were very low, the highest content was not more than 100ppm; the range of the contents in stem was 0.2~37.40 ppm,in leaf 0.43~87.51 ppm and in flower 0.98~11.02 ppm;the contents in different plant parts decreased successively in order of leaf>stem and>flower; the contents in different growth /development stages decreased successively in order of early flower stage>bud stage>flower stage and>nutrition stage.
