中间锦鸡儿和骆驼刺组织培养一次诱导再生植株

摘　　要：本文对中间锦鸡儿和骆驼刺的组织培养进行了研究。分别切取无菌苗子叶和胚轴接种在含不同激素成分的MS培养基上,经过一次诱导获得了再生植株。简化了培养程序,缩短了培养时间。文中初步讨论了培养基中激素的作用。Tissue cultures of C. intermedia and A. sparsifolia were researched in this paper. Their cotyledons and plumular axises of aseptic seedlings were inoculated in MS media that contained different components of hormones, regenerated plants weere obtained through once culture, so that cultural procedure was simplified, cultural time was shortened.Afect of hormones in media is discussed in this paper.
