辛开苦降法与寒热并治的关系探讨

摘　　要：消化系统疾病中寒热错杂证比较多见 ,辛开苦降法是在寒热并治法则指导下治疗寒热错杂证的常用具体治法 ,二者的关系是治则与治法的关系 ,探讨辛开苦降法对于治疗消化系统寒热错杂证及湿热病证具有重要的理论和临床价值。Simultaneous occurrence of cold and heat syndromes was common in diseases of digestive system.'Pungent drugs for dispersion and bitter drugs for purgation'was the frequently used method to treat simultaneous occurrence of cold and heat syndromes under the guidance of the principle of 'concurrent treatment of both cold and heat'.The former was therapeutic method,and the latter was therapeutic principle It was very important to study the effect of 'pungent drugs for dispersion and bitter drugs for purgation' in treating simultaneous occurrence of cold and heat syndromes and damp heat due to digestive diseases.
