摘　　要：分析了区域森林资源调控系统(RFRRS)的三大理论支柱:区域可持续发展理论、系统控制论和森林基础理论。在RFRRS要素分析的基础上,提出了RFRRS的系统模型。分析探讨了区域森林资源调控的有关系统行为。A clear explanation has been given to the three theoretical pillar of Regional Forest Resources Regulated System (RFRRS)in this paper,which are regional sustainable development theory,system cybernetics and forest management theory.Also,the system model of RFRRS has been constructed basing on analyzing of essential factor of RFRRS.The model described the relationship among regulator,object and environment of RFRRS.At last,the paper discussed the relevant system behaviors of regional forest resources,including system stability,system controllability and measurability,and system reliability.
