摘 要:本文报道30例采用自动活检枪(Biopty 18G)进行肾组织学活检的成功经验,并将结果与30例手动方法进行肾活检(Tru-Cut 14G)作对照研究。结果表明,肾自动活检其取材成功率高(30/30,100%),标本质量满意并能作出明确组织学诊断者达96.7%(29/30)。与手动活检相比,自动活检成功率、标本长度均优于手动活检且其并发症明显减少(P<0.01)。自动活检标本所含肾小球数可与手动粗针活检相媲美(P>0.9)。作者认为,18G针肾自动活检可望取代14G Tru-Cut手动活检,自动活检术值得推广使用。Thirty cases of renal tissue-core biopsies performed with automatic biopsy gun (18G, Biopty) under the guidance of ultrasound were reported and compared retrospectively with thirty cases of manual renal biopsies using Tru-Cut 14G to assess the clinical effectiveness of this new method. It showed that automatic biopsy samples were sufficiently obtained for histologic analysis in all thirty biopsies (100%). Histopathologic specimens of good quality were accounted for 96.7%, Sampling success rate and the length of specimens obtained with automatic renal biopsy technique (18G Biopty) had advantages over 14G Tru-Cut manual renal biopsy technique (p<0.01), and their complications were significantly lower than those manual biopsies group (p<0.01), while the numbers of glomeruli in tissue specimens had no difference between the two techniques (p>0.9). The authors considered that US-guided automatic renal tissue-core biopsy is still a very valuable tool in diagnosis of renal parenchymal disease, and should be recommended for further clinical use.
