摘　　要：本文主要论述了超长大面积挠性镍铬印制电路在图形线路制作中遇到的工艺技术难题和生产操作困难,采用湿法贴膜技术、自制光源和化学蚀刻工艺技术,解决了长2700mm、宽350mm、厚0.1mm的挠性镍铬带的印制线路完整制作,均达到设计要求和批量生产要求。The paper describes technological problem and production difficulty of manufacturing flexible printed circuits in super-long-and-large-area NiCr clad laminate .Adopts wet lamination technology. Self-made illuminant and chemical-etching technology. The manufacture of flexible printed circuits in 2700mm × 340mm × 0. 1mm NiCr clad laminate is resolved. It meets design requirement and batch production.
