摘　　要：在信息化环境下企业档案管理出现了许多新的问题。信息化从理论方式到技术手段都深刻影响着档案信息管理的发展历程。因此,要准确地把握新时期信息化环境下档案管理的新趋势,以及技术上的新要求,以档案资源信息化推动档案信息管理的现代化。There are many new problems of documents management for enterptises in information society. The informationization affects development of document information management deeply from theory to technology methods. In modern information society we should follow the new trend of document management and new requirement of technology. We should accelerate the modernzation of document information management through resource informationization.
