摘 要:对饮水型氧中毒患者血液酶谱和总蛋白、钙、磷含量的测定结果表明,氟斑牙组儿童血清LDH、α-HBDH活性明显升高,氟骨症组成人LDH、α-HBDH和ALP活性明显升高。对所测9项生化指标进行多元统计分析结果表明,氟斑牙和氟骨症患者与其各健康对照组间的均值向量都差异显著。提示慢性氟中毒引起了机体各测定指标所反映的组织代谢紊乱。Activities of GOT, GPT,CRK,LDH,HBDH and ALP, as well as contents of total protein, calcium and phosphate were examined in the blood of patients with fluorosis from drinking water. The result showed that the activities of LDH,α-HBDH in serum of children with dental fluorosis were significantly increased. The activities of LDH,α-HBDH and ALP in serum of adults skaletal fluorosis were also significantly increased. The differences of mean vectors between both fluorosis groups and healthful groups were remarkable respectively. The result indicates that fluorosis induced metabolic disorder manifested by indexes mentioned above.
