结节性甲状腺肿核仁组成区研究

摘  要:使用核仁组成区相关嗜银蛋白(AgNOR)染色方法,对40例结节性甲状腺肿病变核仁组成区(NOR)变化进行研究。其中包括非腺瘤样增生结节24例,腺瘤样增生结节9例,伴有乳头状增生结节7例。另外选择甲状腺腺瘤12例,甲状腺癌10例,作对比观察。结果表明:腺瘤样增生细胞核内AgNOR颗粒均数与甲状腺腺瘤的均数比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。但在非腺瘤样增生组均数分别与伴有乳头状增生组均数问,以及腺瘤样增生组与非腺瘤样增生组间,以及各组甲状腺肿瘤间进行比较,均存在显著差异。(P<0.01)结果提示:AgNOR染色方法对鉴别结节性甲状腺肿的各组织学类型及其预后的判断有重要参考价值。Silver-stained nucleolar organizer region associated protein (AgNOR) was used to investigate the changes of nucleolar organizer region (NOR) in paraffin section of 40 cases of nodular goiters,including non-adenomatoid hyperplasia nodules (24 cases);adenomatoid hyperplasia nodules (9 cases) and with papillary proliferation nodules (7 cases). Meanwhile, Thyroid adenoma (12 cases) was compared with thyroid carcinoma (10 cases) The results showed that there was no significant difference in the mean number of the AgNOR between adenomatoid hyperplasia nodule and thyroid adenoma. However, There were significant differences among with papillary proliferation and non-adenomatoid hyperplasia and adenomatoid hyperplasia respectively; adenomatoid hyperplasia and non-adenomatoid hyperplasia; thyroid tumor and each group (P<0.01 ). These results suggest that this method may play roles in differentiating histological type and prognostic determination of nodular goiter.
