实验性甲状腺功能低下大鼠肝核 T_3受体的变化及其与肝α-磷酸甘油脱氢酶的关系

摘　　要：本文采用 T_3与离体肝细胞核结合实验的方法,探讨甲低功大鼠肝核 T_3受体的变化及其与肝α-磷酸甘油脱氢酶(α-GPD)之间的相互关系。结果表明,甲低功大鼠肝核 T_3受体的亲合常数(Ka)明显增加,最大结合容量(MBC)明显下降,肝α-GPD 与 MBC 之间呈正相关。提示核 T_3受体的结合容量受甲状腺激素的调节与控制。在不同的甲功状态下,T_3通过调节自身受体蛋白的合成进而诱导α-GPD 等酶的活性。The present study deals with the changes in liver nuclear T3 receptors andrelationship between T3 receptors and liver α-GPD activity in hypothyroid ratsby the method of T3 binding to isolated liver cell nuclei.The results showed that the affinity constant(Ka)of the liver nuclear T3receptors increased in hypothyroidism,whereas the maximal binding capacity(MBC) decreased significantly.The decrease in MBC was directly related toliver α-GPD activity.These data suggest that the number of nuclear T3 receptors is under controlof thyroid hormone.
