摘 要:本文旨在通过对新生儿母亲尿碘值及其新生儿 TSH 值的相关分析,以探讨中国正常新生儿 TSH 值分布的临界点。结果显示,当新生儿母亲尿碘值<50ug/L 时,仅有9%的新生儿其TSH 值<5mIu/L,当尿碘值>50<100μg/L 时,33%的新生儿其 TSH 值<5mIu/L。当尿碘值>100ug/L 时,大多数(90%)的新生儿其 TSH 值<5mIu/L,因此,我们认为 TSH 值5mIu/L可能是中国正常新生儿 TSH 值分布的临界点。The aim of this paper is to analyze the correlation between newborn′sTSH values and their mothers′ urinary iodine values,resulting in the cutoff point of TSH distribution in the normal newborn population in China.Our results showed that when urinary iodine values of pregnant women(newnorn′s mothers) were less than 50 μgI/L,only 9% of their newbornhad TSH valus less than 5 mIu/L,when urinary values values large than 50μgI/L and less than 100μgI/L,33% of their newborn had TSH values lessthan 5mIu/L,and when urinary iodine values Large than 100 μgI/L,most oftheir newborn (90%) had TSH values less than 5mIu/L.All these suggest that 5mIu/L may be the reasonable cut off point of TSH distribution in thenor(?)al newborn population of China for monitoring IDD.
