摘  要:本文通过对大鼠心肌的实验性坏死测定心肌细胞中肉毒硷的含量,并通过补充肉毒硷观察对心肌损伤的影响。结果提示,心肌损伤过程中。心肌细胞中游离肉毒硷的含量明显下降(P<0.01),通过静脉补充肉毒硷能提高心肌细胞中游离肉毒硷的含量(P<0.01)和减轻心肌损伤的程度。male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups.Group A:ISP+L-carnitine.Group B:only ISP.GrouP C:eontrol.The values of free-carnitinein cardiac myocytes were measured.Group A:178.79±25.81(μg/g).GroupB:108.89±14.49(ug/g).Group C:133.58±11.08(μg/g).The mean value ofB is lower than that of C(P<0.01).The mean value of A is higher respec-tively than that of B and that of C.There is a possibility that when cardiaclesions happened the content of free-carnitine in cardiac myocytes is lower thannormal and also we can supply free-carnitine through L-carnitine intravenousinjection and protect the cardiac lesions.
