摘 要:采用XDX - 1大孔吸附树脂对吐氏酸生产废水进行动态吸附处理 ,研究影响吸附的各种因素。结果显示 ,该树脂对废水中浓度达 14 0 0 0mg/L的吐氏酸及其前体具有良好的吸附能力 ,废水经串联二级吸附以后吐氏酸及其前体的浓度降低 98% ,COD降低 86 % ;采用碱性甲醇溶剂解吸 ,解吸效率达到 98% ,精馏解吸液回收的吐氏酸及其前体可返回生产车间 ,处理后废水经生化处理即可达到排放标准。A new process was introduced to remove the Tobias-acid and its intermediates contained of Tobias-acid production in wastewater. For the wastewater with Tobias-acid content of 14000 mg/L, after treated in two columns with the XDX-1 macro-porous resin as adsorbent, the concentration of Tobias-acid and its intermediates decreased by 98% and COD decreased by 86%. Then, the alkalic methanol solution was used to elute the Tobias-acid and its intermediates adsorbed to the resin, and the elution efficiency of 98% was achieved. Finally, by rectifying the elution solution, the Tobias-acid and its intermediates were reclaimed to reuse in the production process.
