摘 要:为了研究治疗高血压疾病的 7种中草药的功效与微量元素之间的关系 ,采用浓的HNO3 +HClO4(4+1)混合酸消解样品 ,以原子吸收光谱法测定中草药中Mg、Ca、Fe、Zn、Cu、Mn、Cr、Ni、Pb、Cd等 10种微量元素的含量 ;在 7种中草药中 ,Mg、Ca、Fe、Zn的含量均较为丰富 ,有害元素Pb、Cd的含量较低 ;7种中草药的平均Zn/Cu值为 7.4 6 ,远低于高血压患者血清和红细胞中的Zn/Cu值。In order to discuss the relationship between the content of microelements and the effect of seven Chinese herbal medicines for curing hypertension disease, The samples were digested with the use of 4∶1(v/v) HNO_3+HClO_4. The content of 10 microelements(Mg,Ca,Fe,Zn,Cu,Mn,Cr,Ni,Pb,Cd) in seven Chinese herbal medicines were determined by Atomic Absorption Spectrometry. The content of Mg,Ca,Fe,Zn are abundant in seven Chinese herbal medicines. The content of harmful elements(Pb,Cd) are very low. The average Zn/Cu ratio of seven Chinese herbal medicines is 7.46 that is lower than it in serum or erythrocyte of valetudinarian of hypertension.
