摘 要:以桐油为主要成膜材料对尿素实施了包膜处理,研究了桐油、桐油/改性树脂混合物及其与无机调理剂的混合物的粘度和粘度指数,对包膜尿素的表面形貌、包膜尿素的缓释性及其在黑麦草种植中的肥料效应进行了研究,以确定最佳的包膜工艺条件。实验结果表明:采用桐油和E1或E3无机调理剂的混合物,在包膜率9%~15%之间制得的桐油包膜尿素的养分释放期为24~62d,能为黑麦草生长提供较长时间的养分供给并延长其绿色期。The paper details the coating of urea granule by using the tung oil as major film forming materials. Through studying the viscosity as well as the viscosity index of tong oil, tong oil/modified resin mixture and their mixtures with inorganic additive, studying the surface and section morphology of coated urea, studying the slow release and fertilizer effect of the coated urea in ryegrass growth, the optimum coating technological conditions of the coated urea were found. The results show that the nutrient release time reaches 24~62 d at 9%%~15% coating ratio with tong oil/E_1 or tong oil/E_3 mixture as coating material, and the product could supply nitrogen nutrients for ryegrass growth in a longer period than ordinary urea, and prolong the green periods of ryegrass growth.
