混合型集料高性能轻混凝土的宏观性能研究

摘　　要：轻质高性能混凝土是 2 1世纪混凝土技术发展的前沿领域 .研究采用混合型集料配制出了表观密度等级为180 0kg·m- 3 ,抗压强度等级为CL50的高性能轻混凝土 .通过试验及检测分析 ,所研制的轻混凝土具有低密度、高密实度、高强度、抗冻、耐腐蚀等优良的理化性能 .在测定了混合型集料高性能轻混凝土的表观密度、抗压强度、稳定性及耐久性的基础上 。Lightweight concrete is a kind of new building material,which represents the dev elopment orientation of concrete.In this study,we produced high performance lig ht aggregate concrete with apparent density of 1 800 kg·m - 3 ,and comprehensive strength class of CL50,using mixed aggregates.The results showed that the lightweight concrete has such advanced physico-chemical propert ies as high strength,low density,great thickness,resistance to freezing,resistan ce to corrosion etc.Based on measurement of apparent density,mechanical characte riza tion of lightweight concrete and durability,combined with analysis of microstruc ture,the reasons why they have high strength are discussed.
