摘　　要：在紧束缚近似下采用LCAO的方法计算了简单立方晶格中原子s态和p态形成的能带,从而推导出s态和p态的电子热容量的一般表达式,并与自由电子热容量进行了比较.The energy bands of the atomic s state and p state in the condition of a simple cubic lattic are calculated with the methods of linear combination of atomic orbitals under the tight-binding approximation. In this way, the generic experssion of the electronic specific heat of the s state and the p state is deduced and compared with the free electronic specific heat.
