摘 要:由于交联聚乙烯电缆生产过程中产生的残余应力对其绝缘性能影响很大[1 ] ,而残余应力的随机性 ,很难准确计算其大小及方向 ,因此采用云纹干涉技术测试交联聚乙烯电缆绝缘层的机械内应力。通过加热释放残余应力 ,测试得出了它随温度和时间变化的释放规律 :应力释放幅度随温度的变化 ,在某些温度段呈递增而在另一温度段则呈递减趋势 ;The performance of parts of XLPE cable are influenced intricately by residual stresses in production. It is difficult to determine residual stresses because of their randomness. One kind of three directional grating is introduced here in this paper. By means of moire interference technique, a new method of residual stress measurement is developed. When the XLPE specimen is being heated, its residual stresses will release, and then the disciplinarian of the released residual stresses on the surface of the specimen with temperature variations is obtained.
