冷轧用低碳低硅带钢的试验与研究

摘　　要：提出了在涟钢条件下开发冷轧用带钢 ,采用低碳低硅沸腾钢成分 ,按镇静钢工艺生产的思路。试验与研究结果表明 :低碳低硅带钢成分能够达到要求 ,工艺可行 ,材质塑性高 ,且冷轧性能好 ,可不经退火直接冷轧成管。The present paper introduces production of low C and low Si rimmed steel for cold rolled steel strip purpose by the killed steel process route. Experimental results show that this process route is acceptable since the chemical compositions of the low C and low Si steel produced by the process route come up to the required specification and the steel shows higher plasticity and better cold rolling property and it can be cold rolled to pipeline without annealing.
