摘  要:采用HFSS软件对 1/ 4波长同轴型微波介质滤波器进行模拟仿真 ,在此基础上详细讨论谐振器间耦合系数K ,频率漂移系数 η以及外界品质因数Qe 随端口电极宽度a ,耦合孔直径D的变换规律 .A bandpass filter was constructed by using λ/4 -coaxial resonators. The resonators were made of metallized high- ε r and microwave dielectric ceramics. They were directly coupled each other by coupling apertures between the resonators. In order to couple the input and output resonators to the external circuit,a rectangular metal film was formed near the resonators open-circuit end. The structure of filter was designed by HFSS software to discuss the relation among the factors such as end electrode width w and coupling apertures diameter D and properties such as the resonate frequency f l,coupling coefficients K between resonators and external Q e at both end electrodes. According to the discussion,the required dielectric filter can be designed and fabricated.
